The most addicting (and incredibly easy!) pasta salad

Ingredients

  • 1 box cooked pasta I used farfalle
  • 1 can small whole olives
  • 1 can artichoke hearts roughly chopped
  • 3 Persian cucumbers diced
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 2 cups baby spinach chopped
  • 1/2 cup cotija cheese
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing

Instructions

  • Combine all of your ingredients in a large bowl and toss well to combine.
  • Cover and let sit for at least 1 hour before enjoying!
