This recipe is based on The Chutney Life’s Dumpling Soup, but with a few extra (key!) ingredients.
Dumpling Noodle Soup
An easy and delicious soup that is packed with vegetables and delivers both comfort and flavor!
Ingredients
- 6 cups water
- 2 tbsp vegetable bouillon paste
- 2 carrots julienned
- 4 green onions minced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 cups spinach thinly chopped
- 3 packages ramen noodles cooked, drained, and rinsed
- 1 package Trader Joe's Thai Vegetable Gyoza
- Red pepper flakes to taste
Instructions
- Combine the water and bouillon paste in a stock pot and bring to a simmer.
- Add in the vegetables and garlic and cook until fork tender (about 10 minutes).
- Add only as many dumplings as you would like to eat and cook for about 3 minutes.
- Add the soup and dumplings to your bowl along with your desired portion of noodles.
- Add red pepper flakes if desired and enjoy!
