Best Ever Pancakes

Ingredients
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 ½ tbsp baking powder
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 2 cups milk
- ¾ cup greek yogurt
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, milk, yogurt, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredient mixture and mix until just combined. Add in any desired mix ins at this point!
- Heat your pan or griddle on medium heat and pour on ½ cup batter per pancake.
- Cook until golden brown before flipping to cook the other side. Enjoy with syrup, whipped cream, and fresh berries!
