In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, milk, yogurt, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredient mixture and mix until just combined. Add in any desired mix ins at this point!
Heat your pan or griddle on medium heat and pour on ½ cup batter per pancake.
Cook until golden brown before flipping to cook the other side. Enjoy with syrup, whipped cream, and fresh berries!
