While my spice tolerance is pretty high, I still like a little bit of raita to accompany most of my Indian dishes. Cool and slightly salty, with the crunch of crisp vegetables to contrast the main dish of the evening, this side will have you going back for more every time! It’s also great to have on hand for anyone who isn’t as practiced in handling higher levels of spice 😉
