Cucumber, Tomato, & Onion Raita

Ingredients

  • 2 Persian cucumbers
  • 2 tomatoes seeded
  • 1/4 onion
  • 2 tbsp cilantro
  • 2 cups full fat Greek yogurt
  • 1-2 cups buttermilk
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste

Instructions

  • Finely dice all of your veggies and cilantro and transfer to a medium bowl.
  • Add in the salt, yogurt, and buttermilk and mix well to combine.
  • Add more buttermilk to thin out to your desired consistency.
  • Enjoy with pulao, bisi bele bath, or alongside anything savory and spicy!
