This is my absolute favorite quick and easy meal. It’s very kid friendly and goes from prep to plate in just 40 minutes, which is an absolute win in my book!
Stuffed Shells
A regular weeknight favorite and general crowdpleaser!
Servings: 5
Ingredients
- 1 box jumbo shells pasta cooked
- 1 jar marinara (I like Rao's)
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 3 cups baby spinach chopped
- 15 oz whole milk ricotta
- 12 oz shredded Italian blend cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400℉.
- In a medium bowl, combine the ricotta, spinach, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste, garlic powder, and 1/2 cup of the cheese. Mix well to combine.
- Lightly grease a 9×13 pan and add one cup of sauce to the bottom.
- Fill each shell with 2 tbsp of the ricotta mixture and lay them across the sauce in a single layer.
- Cover with the remaining sauce and top with shredded cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes before removing the foil and baking for another 5-10 minutes.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving!
