Stuffed Shells

Ingredients

  • 1 box jumbo shells pasta cooked
  • 1 jar marinara (I like Rao's)
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 cups baby spinach chopped
  • 15 oz whole milk ricotta
  • 12 oz shredded Italian blend cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400℉.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the ricotta, spinach, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste, garlic powder, and 1/2 cup of the cheese. Mix well to combine.
  • Lightly grease a 9x13 pan and add one cup of sauce to the bottom.
  • Fill each shell with 2 tbsp of the ricotta mixture and lay them across the sauce in a single layer.
  • Cover with the remaining sauce and top with shredded cheese.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes before removing the foil and baking for another 5-10 minutes.
  • Let rest for 10 minutes before serving!
