These gorgeous and delicious Raspberry Love Tarts are the best way to bring a little Valentine’s joy into your life! Perfect, flaky pie crust filled with the most delicious jelly (@bonnemaman_us , of course!) and topped with raspberry icing and sprinkles- what more could you possibly need?
Raspberry Love Tarts

Equipment
- Heart shaped cookie cutter
Ingredients
- 1 pie crust
- 1/3 cup raspberry jelly
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1-2 tbsp milk
- Sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Roll out your pie crust to about 1/4 inch thickness and cut out as many shapes as you would like.
- To half of the hearts, add 1 tsp raspberry jelly and spread evenly.
- Top with another heart and use a fork to crimp the edges.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking tray and freeze the tarts for 15 minutes before baking.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool on the tray for 10 minutes before transferring to a rack to cool completely.
- When the tarts are cooled, mix together the powdered sugar, 1 tsp raspberry jelly, and milk.
- Start by adding 1 tbsp milk and add the additional tbsp if the icing isn’t a spreadable consistency.
- Top each tart with icing and sprinkles and allow to set for about 15-20 minutes before serving. Enjoy!!
