Apple Pastry with Cream Cheese Glaze

apples
thinly sliced
Turbinado sugar
Cream Cheese Glaze

cream cheese
softened

powdered sugar

vanilla extract

milk
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Place the puff pastry sheet in a lined baking tray and press lightly to stretch it out slightly.
Add the apples in concentric circles, overlapping each layer as you add the next.
Fold the edges of the pastry over the apples and then brush with an egg or milk wash.
Sprinkle with turbinado sugar and bake for 15 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
While it bakes, mix together the glaze ingredients until smooth.
Drizzle the glaze over the pastry and serve warm. Enjoy!
