Ingredients

raw almonds

raw cashews

pistachios

heavy cream

cardamom

tbsp
melted butter or ghee

Instructions
Blend the nuts into a flour-like consistency. A few larger pieces are fine!
Bring the heavy cream and sugar to a simmer.
Add the nuts and mix.
Add the butter and cardamom and fully combine.
Continue to mix over medium-low heat until the mixture thickens (you should be able to form a non-sticky ball with greased hands).
Transfer to a parchment paper-lined pan or tray and smooth out.
Decorate with sprinkles/chopped nuts/silver leaf and enjoy!!
