Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour 1 cup rolled oats blended until flour consistency
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Whisk together the oat flour, all purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the butter, milk, yogurt, egg, and vanilla extract.
  • Add the wet ingredients into the dry and whisk until just combined.
  • If you're using them, fold in any mix ins at this stage and set aside for 10 minutes.
  • Use in your favorite waffle maker set to medium and enjoy!
