Instructions
Preheat your oven to 325°F and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan
In a large bowl, whisk the maple syrup and oil together.
Add the egg, yogurt, and milk and mix again until fully combined.
Whisk in the mashed bananas and vanilla extract.
Sprinkle in the baking soda, salt, and cinnamon and mix again.
Add both flours and use a spatula to fold everything together.
Gently fold in the nuts and chocolate chips before transferring the batter to your loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour and 5 min to 1 hour and 10 min, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool in the pan for 20 minutes before turning onto a rack to cool completely.
Notes
To make muffins, line a muffin tin before using an ice cream scoop to divide the batter evenly between the 12 wells. Bake for 23-28 minutes.
